Rebecca E. de Broekert is a passionate and principled fundraising leader with over 20 years as a successful major gifts fundraiser and strategist. In each engagement, she partners with her clients to capture the heart of their organization and goals, then tailors her approach to accomplish them. Her engagements and clientele include a variety of entities ranging from non-profits, conservative public policy initiatives, faith-based organizations, to special projects requiring capital investments in the film and real estate development industry. 

Rebecca is highly sought after for her ability to inspire significant financial relationships between organizations and their valued donors. She brings a wealth of fundraising expertise to benefit clients seeking unique strategies to meet their fundraising or investment goals successfully.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has successfully raised millions of dollars for causes dedicated to conservative values and faith-based initiatives including The Heritage Foundation, One for Israel, XO Marriage, The Leadership Institute, Global Seed Planters, among others. With a focus on executive coaching and strategic donor engagement, Rebecca consistently forges mutually beneficial relationships between donors and initiatives that resonate with their passions. Her roles have involved managing high-value donor portfolios, resulting in numerous seven-figure gifts, legacy commitments and endowments. Rebecca has played a key role in designing and implementing large-scale ($50M-100M) capital campaigns, both nationally and internationally, and consistently exceeded annual fundraising goals.

Beyond her professional commitments, Rebecca lives in Virginia with her husband Jacques and their children.  She actively engages in community initiatives, lending her expertise to advisory boards and supporting various ministry related endeavors. Rebecca graduated from Rhema Bible Training Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa.
